Error description

The Invalid parameter error is thrown when invoking the
AdminTask createJDBCProvider command generated from the wsadmin
interactive mode. It failed when the scope name has double
quotes included such as Node="myNode".

The generated createJDBCProvider command failed on the wsadmin
parsing code because it does not need to include double quotes
normally and a string needs to enclose with double quotes
only when there is space such as "my description".

Problem conclusion

To prevent scripting parsing error, the generated administrative
command will put additional [] or {} on the scope name such as
[Node="myNode"] in jython or {Node="myNode"} in jacl when
the scope name has double quotes included.

The command will look like:
AdminTask.createJDBCProvider('[-scope [Node="myNode"]
-databaseType DB2 -providerType "DB2 Using IBM JCC Driver" -impl
ementationType "Connection pool data source" -name newjdbc ]')

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.27/8.0.0.6/8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
