PM73139: SCHEDULER FINDTASKSBYNAME MBEAN OPERATION DOES NOT RETURN ALL TA SKS

Error description

Per the javadocs, findTasksByName(%) when invoked through a
JMX Mbean should return the tasks created by all applications.
But when the scheduler is configured to persist tasks against
an Oracle database, and when tasks have a task name of null,
these tasks are not returned by findTasksByName() method.

When using the Scheduler API findTasksByName with the filter %
to return all the tasks, it is possible that tasks that were
created without a name may get ommitted.
This behavior is noticed when an Oracle database is used as
the persistence store for the WebSphere Scheduler tasks.
When tasks are created by the application without setting a
name, the scheduler component sets an empty string "" for the
task name and is being treated as null by the database.

Problem conclusion

The Scheduler component has been updated such that
findTasksByName using the filter % will now return all of the
tasks.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
