Error description

If a request is larger than 32k and Decompression is enabled,
the request gets truncated.

With tracing enabled you can see that the gzip file is received
by the http channel, and expanded into separate buffers to hold
all of the decompressed data. The proxy should consume all of
them, but only processes the first 32k of the buffered data and
sends that to the SR thinking it finished processing the
complete request.

Local fix

Disable Autodecompression via the admin console:
 Application servers > ServerName > Web container transport
chains > WCInboundDefault > HTTP inbound channel (HTTP_2) >

The portion of code that handles these requests can
accidentally mark one as fully read and complete while it's
decompressing and buffering the data.

Problem conclusion

Added an extra parameter to the checker (if statement) to
specify that a request can only be marked complete if the
buffer itself has no more pieces to pass and has nothing more
to read.

APAR PM70771 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Service Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.27, 8.0.0.6, 8.5.0.2 of WebSphere
Application Server.
