An update to an application through the UpdateClusterTask API causes the cluster members to be setUnavailable and later setAvailable method is never called.

Problem conclusion
The logic to set a cluster member's availability has been corrected. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 7.0.0.27, 8.0.0.6, 8.5.0.2.
