Error description

Temporary files created during application deployment are not
deleted until server restart.  This can cause the disk to fill
up when deploying many applications.

Local fix

Manually delete all temp files before restarting. The files
are located under Websphere_Home/profiles/profile_name
temp
wstemp
/config/temp

At the time when WebSphere Application Server attempts to
delete some temporary jar files, Java URLClassLoader objects
still have the files open. Though these URLClassLoader objects
are finished with the jar files, they must wait for garbage
collection. Each application update or application deployment
may add more files to the wstemp directory which could
eventually lead to a disk full situation.

Problem conclusion

Code has been added to spin off a thread which will
periodically try to remove temporary files that we have
failed to delete.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.27, 8.0.0.6, 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
