Product errors are reported when using the Configuration
Validation function.

When using the Administrative Console or when using
the Administrative scripting client (wsadmin) to perform
validation, product errors are generated.  For example:

In the first case, a validation error was correctly generated,
but the message for the validation error was not successfully
retrieved.  In the second case, an error occurred while
attempting to perform validation on "repository.xml".
The errors cause validation to run incompletely, possibly
masking other validation errors; however, no other
administrative or runtime function is impacted.

Problem conclusion

Code performing configuration validation was updated to correct
several cases where incorrect keys were used to reference
validation messages.  Configuration processing was also
updated to properly skip "repository.xml", which is not
subject to usual server configuration validation.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.2. Please refer to
