Error description

Not able to login with an userid that starts with "server"

This relates how to detect a server id. The code indicates that
since user id starts with "server", it is sometimes recognized
as a server ID. This mis-behavior ends up treating this ID with
special handling.
As a result, the user mapping failed.

*                      security code might fail to construct   *

When TAI authentication is being processed, there is a
situation that given accessID is recognized as an
internal server ID even it is not an internal server ID. As a
result, it fails to map a given user to a user in a user
registry. The outcome would be login failure due to incorrect
value in a Subject which is being created.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, more strict method is used to identify an
internal server ID.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the
