Error description

Validation of dynamic cluster configuration data fails with
ClassNotFoundException.  Validation continues, but is
incomplete.

*                      against a configuration that contains   *
*                      dynamic clusters, fails with            *
*                      ClassNotFoundException.                 *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When performing configuration validation, if the target
configuration contains one or more dynamic clusters, validation
can fail with a ClassNotFoundException.  As a result,
validation is only partially run.  (The failure does not
impact other administrative functions, and does not impact
runtime functions.)

Problem conclusion

A code update was made to enable dynamic cluster configuration
data to be successfully validated.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer
