Error description

When starting an application at the time the application
server is started, a DRS instance is created. When stopping the
application, the DRS instance is shutdown but the DRS instance
is not removed. When the application is restarted, a DRS
instance is not created.

*                      restart.                                *

The Data Replication Service (DRS) instance is being shutdown
and never recreated. Therefore, after an application restart,
the DRS instance remains down and session replication fails to
occur.

Problem conclusion

Code changes were made to ensure the Data Replication Service
(DRS) is recreated and session replication occurs after an
application restart.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.25.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
