Error description

Per the following Information Center article, setting
enableInProcessConnections to true as a custom property on the
web container should route the web service request to the local
cluster member when the web service client and web service
provider run on the same cluster.

The DWLM Client is used by the Web services engine to select the
target cluster.

The DWLM Client is selecting the last server listed in the
administrative console "Applications > Enterprise Applications >
application_name > Manage Modules" page.

This can result in the request going to a different server if
the host cluster is not listed last.

Local fix

Ensure the host cluster is listed last on the administrative
console "Applications > Enterprise Applications >
application_name > Manage Modules" page.

The DWLM client was simply selecting the last cluster if a web
module is mapped to multiple targets (clusters).

Problem conclusion

The DWLM client component is changed to select the cluster to
which local server belongs to, instead of last cluster in the
list.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.45, 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please
