Error description

When Ring Buffer is used as a trace destination with Advanced
format the reported Thread Name is incorrect when the Ring
Buffer is dumped into a file.

*                      incorrect when Ring Buffer content is   *
*                      dumped in Advanced format.              *

When Ring Buffer content is dumped, the reported Thread Name
corresponds to the thread processing dump request instead of
the thread where log record originates.

Problem conclusion

Code is adjusted to keep thread specific information in the
Ring Buffer and use it when processing dump request.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
