WebSphere Application Server migration fails with a
java.lang.NoSuchMethodException for an arePrimaryKeysEqual
method with parameter types being part of the
com.ibm.websphere.models.config.sibresources package.

Problem conclusion

Added missing arePrimaryKeysEqual methods for the sibreources
package.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 7.0.0.25.  Please refer to the
