Data replication services (DRS) unnecessarily clones a large
HashMap to determine if an entry is in the replication domain

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A performance issue is observed by a    *
*                      DRS consumer attempting to determine    *
*                      if an object exists in the              *
*                      replication domain.                     *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

DRS uses a HashMap to store the keys of the objects placed in
the replication domain.  This HashMap may become very large if
many objects are placed in the replication domain.  DRS is
cloning the HashMap before checking to see if a key exists in
the HashMap.  Cloning a large HashMap can be an time-consuming
operation.

Problem conclusion

Cloning the HashMap is not necessary and has been removed.
The HashMap has been changed to a ConcurrentHashMap and access
no longer needs to be protected and synchronized.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.45, 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
