The Proxy is routing HTTP requests to the wrong application
server

Problem summary

*                  applications (HTTP and SIP).                *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During an Application Server            *
*                      failover, HTTP requests may be routed   *
*                      to the wrong application server.        *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
For converged applications that use both HTTP and SIP
protocols, during an application failover, the Proxy may
send an HTTP request to the wrong application server.

Problem conclusion

The Proxy code has been updated so that during an application
server failover, HTTP requests will be routed to the proper
server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
