    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The type of an unset data object in a Service Data Objects
    (SDO) change summary may be lost when the SDO datagraph is
    saved and then re-loaded or copied to another scope. This is
    because the data object appears out of context, so the XML
    parser cannot validate the object with the correct type.

Problem conclusion

  • An xsi:type attribute is now added to unset data objects such
    that during a round-trip the XML parser will be able to
    validate the data object and apply the correct type annotation.

    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.0.0.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
