Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) component invoking FFDC can
sometimes result in a NoClassDefFoundError caused by a

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The default introspection level for FFDC is 3.  When FFDC is
invoked by a component, the default formatter will perform
introspection into 3 levels.  In this case, one of the
uninstantiated fields(XMemConnectionContext) within the 3
levels of the object provided to FFDC is only available on
z/OS, so it can not be introspected and results in a
ClassNotFoundException.

Problem conclusion

The default formatter has been updated to handle this
condition such that the ClassNotFoundException is reported to
FFDC and allows the intended FFDC reported by the component to
continue to be logged.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.25 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
