Error description

During user logout, cached objects in DynaCache and authcache
entries are explicitly invalidated. In large environments,
this can cause additional transactions to DynaCache which
might consume CPU resource.

New property will be added to allow the disabling of this
invalidation during user logout to prevent this condtion.

When web application is used FormLogin as a login method, when
logout servlet is invoked, a corresponding Subject is being
deleted from AuthCache and DynaCache. In this case, an object
deletion for DynaCache might genereate a lot of remote call to
propagate the event of deletion to other servers. In here,
there is a situation that if a lot of logout transactions are
being processed, they might generate massive remote calls to
propagate events to DynaCache which might consume too much CPU
power.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, a following security custom property is
introduced to skip deleting cached object.

name: com.ibm.websphere.security.web.removeCacheOnFormLogout
value: false : disable removing cached data.
       true : remove cached data. Default value is true.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.43, 7.0.0.23, and 8.0.0.3. Please refer to
