Error description

  • The IBM StAX XMLStreamWriter might write a malformed
    Windows-1251 encoded XML document on the second and subsequent
    usages of the XMLStreamWriter API.

    For example:

    Correct output from first usage of the XMLStreamWriter:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1251"?><env:Envelope
    xmlns:env="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope"><env:Header>
    </env:Header><env:Body><Object
    xmlns="urn:abc-de:fg:v1.0">Message</Object></env:Body></env:Enve
    lope>

    Incorrect output from second usage of the XMLStreamWriter:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1251"?>xenvtEnvelope
    xmlns:env="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelopeD|xenvtHeader|
    </envtHeader|xenvtBody|xObject
    xmlns="urn:abc-de:fg:v1.0D|Message</Object|</envtBody|</envtEnve
    lope|
