Error description

Post requests are always retried by the WebSphere Plug-in if
there is no body content.

*                      if the PostBufferSize is set to 0.      *

Normally, if PostBufferSize is set to 0, that will keep the
plugin from retrying.  It has been identified that if the Post
body is 0, then the plugin will retry the request.

Problem conclusion

The plugin has been corrected so that Post request with a 0
body will not be retried if PostBufferSize is set to 0.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.43, 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to
