Error description

WAS reliable messaging stops forwarding requests after error.
.
A communication channel using WS-RM together with a WS-Security
policy set with Username Token work initially, but if the
communication is repeated after about 2 hours, the invocation
fails.

*                      Sequence times out                      *

Processing of timed out WS-RM Sequences could result in an
error that left parts of the WS-RM datastore locked
indefinitely. If this situation arose then WS-RM would be
unable to process any further messages to the endpoint.

Problem conclusion

Changes were made to the processing of timed out WS-RM
Sequences to prevent the error occurring.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.23, and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
