Error description

CEI migration fails during a version to version migration to V7
due to the presence of empty nodes (nodes with no servers) in
the source environment.

The failure is observed in WASPostUpgrade.sh script.

Problem summary

The WASPostUpgrade.sh script fails with "NotFoundException"
error because the exception "NotFoundException" is not caught
when the method
"com.ibm.ws.migration.document.BasicDocumentCollection.getChild(
)" is called.

Problem conclusion

The code for cei.migration component was modified:
"NotFoundException" exception catch was added for
"com.ibm.ws.migration.document.BasicDocumentCollection.getChild(
)" calls.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.23. and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to
