Error description

When LDAP group search is done with a filter like "*\\*", it
didn't yield any output even though corresponding LDAP objects
exist in a LDAP sever.

Backslash characters need to be escaped when it is used as a
part of string in Java Runtime Environment and JNDI. However,
the original code didn't do so appropriately.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, backslash characters are escaped when they are
used for filter or search string upon issuing LDAP search
command.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3  Please refer to the Recommended
