Error description

'WS-Reliable messaging fails to send any messages when the
propagation of an identity from a current thread to any SOAP
message is requested.The specific configuration for this is
when a policy set containing both a WS-Reliable Messaging and
WS-Security (configured to add an authorisation token to the
SOAP message) policy type are applied to a  JAX-WS client or
service and where there is no WS-Security  binding attached
that defines specific user credentials to use as part of the
authorization token.'

*                  Messaging Implementation with WS-Security.  *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When WS-ReliableMessaging is applied    *
*                      and WS-Security is configured to        *
*                      propogate security credentials,         *
*                      message sending fails.                  *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When WS-ReliableMessaging is applied the application thread
containing the current security credentials isn't used to
send the message, therefore WS-Security fails to
apply credentials and a message sending failure occurs.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
