Error description

  • It seems that the WebSphere Aplication Server Session
    Initiation Protocol (SIP) container sends remove data
    replication service (DRS) commands even when replication is
    disabled.
    
    Exception:
    ContextBasedQ 3 ContextBasedQueue dispatchMessage message queued
    since there is already another message being executed right now.

    The SIP container is replicating SipSession objects in some
    cases even if the application is not distributable
    

Problem conclusion

  • The SIP container is no longer replicating SipSession objects
    when the application is not distributable
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 7.0.0.21.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
