Error description
It seems that the WebSphere Aplication Server Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) container sends remove data replication service (DRS) commands even when replication is disabled. Exception: ContextBasedQ 3 ContextBasedQueue dispatchMessage message queued since there is already another message being executed right now. Problem conclusion
The SIP container is no longer replicating SipSession objects when the application is not distributable The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.21.
