Error description

After configuring Global Security and running the wsadmin
command to retrieve the currentWizard settings, an incorrect
boolean value for the "secureLocalResources" attribute is
returned.

wscommand to Global Security:

wsadmin>AdminTask.applyWizardSettings('-secureApps true
-secureLocalResources false -userRegistryType WIMUserRegistry
-customRegistryClass com.ibm.ws.wim.registry.WIMUserRegistry
-adminName user1 -adminPassword user1')
'true'

In the above command, the setting "secureLocalResources false"
should disable java2security.

After running the above command and saving the changes, the
wsadmin command when executed to retrieve the wizard settings
returns "secureLocalResources" value as "true" which is
incorrect

wsadmin>AdminTask.getCurrentWizardSettings()
'[ [secureApps true] [serverUserName ] [isEnabled true]
[userRegistryType WIMUserRegistry] [secureLocalResources true]
]'

The code examined an incorrect variable to
determine whether "secureLocalResources" needs to be set.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, the issue was corrected to return the
proper value.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
