    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: No namespace declaration for            *
    *                      resources.j2c,resoures.jdbc and         *
    *                      resources.jms                           *

    The application.xsl filters the attributes from the XML files
    of Websphere application Server 7.0 to be sent to Websphere
    Application Server V5.1 nodes in a mixed cell environment as
    part of Sync operation. But not having namespace declaration
    causes the following exception in traces .
    trace.log:[11/07/16 16:08:29:679 JST] 0000002a DocumentTrans 3
    transform called with uri = xforms/5.x/application.xsl
