Registering a tag library in a JavaServer Pages (JSP) document
with default XML namespace can cause a NullPointerException.

In the sample JSP document below, the default XML namespace is
http://example.com/mytag, which the custom table tag should
use:

The above JSP document will cause the following exception:

Problem conclusion

The JSP Container code was modified to prevent the
NullPointerException.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the
