Error description

When installing WebSphere Application Server fix pack 7.0.0.17
with WebSphere Business Monitor together, the sample optional
feature for fix pack 7.0.0.17 is not installed.  Instead the
sample optional feature will stay at the 7.0.0.0 level.

When installing WebSphere Application Server GM with fix pack
7.0.0.17 and WebSphere Business Monitor toegther, the sample
optional feature will stay at the GM level, not the fix pack
7.0.0.17 level.

Problem conclusion

The problem only occurs when installing WebSphere Application
Server GM with fix pack 7.0.0.17 and WebSphere Business Monitor
together.  The sample optional feature will not be installed
at the WebSphere Application Server fix pack 7.0.0.17 level.
This will affect profile creation.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
