Error description

If the current thread is an application thread, then the
creation of com.ibm.ws.wssecurity.util.timer.ThreadPool$Worker
thread will copy the application class loader as the context
class loader. In case the new thread is long-lived in this
pool, the application classloader is leaked.

The WS-Security runtime
com.ibm.ws.wssecurity.util.timer.ThreadPool$Worker
thread may cause a memory leak that leads to an Out of Memory
error.
This error will most likely occur when there are frequent
provider application starts and stops.

Problem conclusion

The WS-Security runtime
com.ibm.ws.wssecurity.util.timer.ThreadPool$Worker thread may
incorrectly retain references to the application class loader
which can cause memory leaks and could eventually cause Out
of Memory errors.

The WS-Security runtime is updated to set the context class
loader explicitly so it does not retain references to the
application class loader.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
