Problem Description:
Add the parameter "-Xdump:tool:events=user+abort,exec=gcore
%pid" into genericJVMArguments through Administrative Console
(Note: the quotes are parts of this parameter), then try to
start the server. In Microsoft Windows, the server can be
started successfully, but it will fail in Linux with the
following error message in native_stderr.log:
The java class is not found:
"-Xdump:tool:events=user+abort,exec=gcore %pid"

Local fix

1. Run the command ./startServer.sh <server_name> -script
start.sh, it will create a script named start.sh under the
current directory.

2. Start the server with the script start.sh.

The server fails to start after setting Xdump argument as
genericJvmArgument if the value contains spaces or inner
quotes.

Problem conclusion

The code was updated to correctly handle an Xdump argument
with spaces or inner quotes.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.41, 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.2. Please refer to the
