Getting the error below after.. The reference <someResourceName> is being typed as a Resource Reference instead of a Resource Env Reference. The typing strategy for Resource References has multiple stages. Target of 7.0.0.21 on January 2012.

Problem conclusion
The annotation processing code has been changed to lookup Resource Env References properly. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.21.
