Problem summary

    Race condition between SIP application session expiration
    and explicit invalidation is causing to a NullPointerException
    to get thrown.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The race condition is solved such that SIP application session
    expiration and explicit invalidation can not happen at the
    same time.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 7.0.0.19. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
