* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Transactions that have a heuristic      *
*                      completion are not recorded in the      *
*                      Administrative Console.                 *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Transactions that complete with a heuristic condition are
shown on the Transaction Service panel of the administrative
console for information purposes.  However, transactions that
complete heuristically as part of transaction recovery
processing (during server startup, for example) are not
recorded on the Transaction Service panel.

Problem conclusion

Ensure that transactions that complete heuristically during
transaction recovery are recorded on the appropriate
Administrative Console panel.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
