To secure the connections between J2EE applications created
Custom properties of the "SSL configurations".
Noticed this Custom Properties disappear after some time.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A custom property defined on an SSL     *
*                      configuration may be inadvertently      *
*                      removed.                                *

In some circumstances, a custom property defined on an SSL
configuration may be deleted.  This occurs when WebSphere
Application Server attempts to update the value associated
with an internal custom property named com.ibm.ssl.changed.

Problem conclusion

The code was corrected to ensure that it only deletes the
com.ibm.ssl.changed property prior to adding it back with a
new value.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.39 and 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the
