Error description
Rational Application Developer installs an application and uses the distributeEnable=false option then updates the application and uses distributeEnable=true. The original applicationbinaryUrl location from install get deleted after save.

Problem conclusion
The code had been fixed to not delete the binaries in the old install location when the distribution application setting is changed from disabled to enabled. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.19.
