Error description

• Calling Java2WSDL.setElementFormDefault(boolean) and
  Java2WSDL.setAttributeFormDefault(boolean) does not result in
  elementFormDefault="qualified" and
  attributeFormDefault="qualified" in the generated WSDL file.

  * RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fix pack containing this apar     *

  Calling the setElementFormDefault(boolean) and
  setAttributeFormDefault(boolean) API's in Java2WSDL class does
  not add @elementFormDefault="qualified" and
  @attributeFormDefault="qualified" to the generated WSDL file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Java2WSDL class is fixed to correct the problem so that a
  qualified WSDL file is generated.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 6.1.0.39 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
