Error description

• WebSphere Application Server server process holds locks on
  .class files in a Rational Application Developer local
  workspace (even after a project is published), which causes
  operations, such as cleaning the project, to fail because the
  .class file cannot be deleted.

  The annotation processor used by the EJB container does not
  close class files that are opened from directories after they
  are scanned for annotations.  In a Rational Application
  Developer environment, the workspace binaries directory is
  used rather than a JAR file.

  close class files that are opened from directories after they
  are scanned for annotations.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
