    the OS prereq checker

    had AIX OS version > 7.0 or HPuX OS Version > 11.31
    

Problem conclusion

  • You should install directly to the latest fixpack which will
    no longer block installation.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the Recommended
    Updates page for delivery information:
