Error description
Admin ConfigService does not give good diagnostic information with a malformed configuration object name, which makes hard to diagnose such problem.
Local fix
Inspect the resource.xml file to make sure there are not invalid characters in resource name. For examples resource cannot have name='zyz\n10' where '\n' is a invalid character. Remove such invalid characters in resource.xml.
