Error description
During customization and installation of zWAS server/s using zPMT tool and if you define the Daemon and the Server process to use the same userid, the resulting DATA(BBODBRAC) generates a duplicate server certificate for the RACF keyring. This is harmless and should not cause any impact to the functional behavior of the server/s or cell.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server for z/OS V7.0. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WebSphere Customization Tools * * generates an unneeded default * * certificate for the control region * * user id. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** By default, the WebSphere Customization Tools generates customization jobs for WebSphere Application Server for z/OS nodes that share the same user id for both the control region and daemon processes. For the management, application server and cell environment definitions, this results in both a default WebSphere and a default daemon certificate getting created and attached to the key ring associated with the common user id. In this case the default daemon certificate is not used, even for the daemon process.
Problem conclusion
The WebSphere Customization Tools was updated to not generate a default daemon certificate when defining WebSphere Application Server for z/OS Version 7.0 nodes that share the same user id for both the control region and daemon processes. APAR PM28401 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level 7.0.0.17 of WebSphere Customization Tools. When available, WebSphere Customization Tools Version 7.0.0.17 can be downloaded from the following location: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg24020368
