  SIP Proxy uses the wrong UDP interface to respond to a
  health-check message. The health-check message is sourced by
  a load balancer.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was fixed to source the health-check message from the
  correct UDP interface.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
