NullPointerException UserStateRegistry.java/WebUtils.java -
logout. This causes the browser session to become unusable.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NullPointerException appeared on        *
*                      the browser when TPV logs are played    *
*                      and logged out.                         *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

A NullPointerException is observed on the browser when trying
to logout, after following this specific sequence of
operations:

On the deployment manager administrative console:
'Monitoring and Tuning' -> 'Performance Viewer' ->  'View
logs', under 'View logged data' -> 'Server
File' and 'Browse' to select the 'zip' or 'xml' of logging file
Once the log file is selected, click 'View Log' button
Expand 'Performance Modules' -> JDBC Connection Pools -> DB2
Universal JDBC Driver provider -> jdbc/ERWWDatasourceV5
Click 'View Modules'
Click 'View Table'
Click '>' key to play for a few times
Click 'red square' to stop and 'stopped' status is displayed
Click 'Logout' from Admin Console menu
NullPointerException appeared on browser page and detailed
stack in SystemOut.log and FFDC.

Problem conclusion

Code has been changed to handle the user state properly while
playing the logs to fix the problem.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
