The customer is testing Java 2 Security. With Java 2 Security enabled, and com.ibm.websphere.java2secman.norethrowset to true, they are getting exception caused by java.security. AccessControlException.

Problem conclusion
Code has been updated to handle both checkPermission(Permission perm) and checkPermission(Permission perm, Object context). The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.1.17.
