Error description

According to the Portlet Spec JSR 286, the PortletContainer
needs to  offer a method to pass request attributes from action
to render phase, even if such a method is detrimental to
performance and memory  consumption. This method is enabled via
the option   javax.portlet.actionScopedRequestAttributes
In an effort to make this method as inexpensive as possible, the
 creation of a session is avoided. However, if no such session
exists,the method fails completely.

When activating action-scoped request attributes, the
transferral of attributes will fail if no portlet session has
been created by the portlet before.

Problem conclusion

Now the ActionScopedRequestAttributeFilter creates a portlet
session itself if not yet available.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
