Error description

The following SaveFailureException may occur if you run a
script that uses com.ibm.websphere.ant.tasks.JspC to compile
JSPs:
JSPG0186I: Saving C:\Temp\TestEAR.ear
JSPG0188E: Exception encountered during save operation.
           org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.commonarchivecore.internal
           .exception.SaveFailureException: IWAE0017E Unable
           to replace original archive: C:\Temp\TestEAR.ear

This problem only occurs on Microsoft Windows Operating System.

The following exception can occur when a script that uses the
com.ibm.websphere.ant.tasks.JspC Ant Task to compile Java
Server Pages on the Microsoft Windows Operating System:
JSPG0186I: Saving C:\Temp\TestEAR.ear
JSPG0188E: Exception encountered during save operation.

.exception.SaveFailureException: IWAE0017E Unable

This is the same issue for the Java Server Pages Batch
Compiler presented in PM00031.

Problem conclusion

A change was made to com.ibm.websphere.ant.tasks.JspC ant
task. When the new Java Virtual Machine(JVM) is created
"-Dcom.ibm.ws.classloader.zipFileCacheSize=0" is passed in as
a JVM argument. This is the same type of solution used in
PM00031 for the Java Server Pages Batch Compiler.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the
