Error description

The minimum service level (MSL) offering bundle in the various
installation manager (IM) based v7 fix packs needs to be
updated to address the issues below:
- Consumability issue with messages from usability review
- Display warning when unexpected exception is encountered

The Minimum Service Level (MSL) offering bundle was updated to
address the below:
- Improved messages
- Improved handling of unexpected exception

Problem conclusion

MSL support in the various Installation Manager-based feature
packs/fix packs was updated with better messages and improved
handling of unexpected exception.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
page for delivery information:
