Error description

When a web server is created with a hostname = localhost, the
webserver is dropped inside the same node as the existing
Applicaiton Server.  When this happens, we can't accurately
determine if the web server is managed or unmanaged.
This can cause the handling of the Web server in the
Administration Console to be  done incorrectly.

On a stand alone Application Server Administrative Console, the
WEBSERVER_ADMIN_ADDRESS port is missing
from the Ports panel of a Web Server.
Servers -> Web Servers -> <webserver> -> Ports

This problem is only seen on a stand alone server when a web
server created with the same hostname (localhost) as the
Application Server node.

Problem conclusion

Code changes have been made to display this port

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
