Error description
When creating a Scheduler at a server scope ( member of a cluster) ,in the Scheduler panel the workmanager JNDI name listbox is listing only the workmanager objects defined at the server scope and does not list the workmanager at the cluster scope. Whereas the "datasource JNDI name" list box is listing the datasource defined at the cluster scope as well.

Problem conclusion
Updated the scheduler administrative console panel to check cluster members for cluster-scoped work managers. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 6.1.0.35 and 7.0.0.13.
