Error description

The "Security data section" of SMF 120.9 records does not get
populated when an application runs from a Web Module (.war)
only. When the application runs as a Web Module (.war)
packaged inside an Ear (.ear) module, it does get populated
correctly.

SMF records were being logged in ejb path, but not the web
path. Code was added to log SMF 120 records in web path as well.

Problem conclusion

The solution was adding the method, doSmfLogging, to
to com/ibm/ws/security/web/WebCollaborator.java. This is the
super class for any security web collaborator class
that gets called on the web authentication path. In this case,
the class com/ibm/ws/security/web/EJSWebCollaborator.java
inherits the from WebCollaborator.java and calls doSmfLogging
from all of its "preinvoke" methods.

APAR PM18254 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.15 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
