When looking at Transaction Service for W510247 Application
Server by
  Application servers > Server Template > template-name >
Transaction Service
in Admin Console of WebSphere Application Server V7.0 for z/OS,
c occurs,
Servant Region JOBLOG shows AIOOBE occurred when
the problem happened.

Appears that there is difference/conflict between V5.1 and V7.

Managing a V5 server from a V7 deployment manager is only
possible on z/OS.

An HTTP 500 Internal Error is generated when attempting to
access a V5 Transaction Service template by invoking the
following

Application servers > Server Template > 'template-name' >
Transaction Service

in the Admininistration Console of WebSphere Application
Server V7.0 for z/OS. The Servant Region JOBLOG shows the
following exception was thrown when the problem occurred :

Problem conclusion

Transaction Service template handling has been corrected to
prevent the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException from being thrown.

APAR PM17974 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.13 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
